Temecula Wine Tasting

Join the InterIvy+ Mammoth Trippers, friends, and family for an afternoon of wine tasting, networking, and fun in Temecula. RSVP here!

It’s all happening on Saturday, October 19, 2019. The wine tasting will be from 2:15 – 6:15pm, with optional lunch beforehand and dinner and socializing afterward.

The cost for this trip is $130 per person, including all taxes and gratuities. We will be using Grapeline Wine Tours (http://gogrape.com) and have our own bus and tour guide. For this, we need a minimum of 20 people, and there is a maximum of 55.  Your fee is refundable, less a 
$4 credit card fee, up to two weeks before the event. After that, your fee is not refundable, but can be transferred to someone else.

This event is open to all past and present Mammoth Trippers, fellow alumni, friends, family and newcomers. If you are new to this group and want more info, please do not hesitate to contact Miral at mek@mek.com.

The schedule for the wine tasting is as follows:

• Meet in Old Town Temecula at The Stampede Parking lot before 2:15pm in order to board the Grapeline Tour bus.
  The parking lot is behind The Temecula Stampede club at 28721 Old Town Front Street. Parking is free.
  
  
• The bus will then take us to the wineries. We will visit 3 wineries. Standard tastings are included for each winery. You can purchase premium tastings or additional tastings at the winery. Some offer discount coupons.
  
  
  • The wineries we will be visiting will be announced soon.
    
    
  • At one winery we will receive a behind-the-scenes wine making tour: visit the vines and/or walk into the barrel room, see production, and learn about winemaking 101.
    
    
  • At another winery, we will receive cheese pairings with the wines being tasted.  Note, this is the only food that will be offered, so please plan accordingly.
    

• When we’re done wine tasting, the bus will take us back to The Stampede parking lot.
   

Optional pre-tasting lunch and post-tasting dinner:

• Lunch  Noon at a restaurant to be chosen based on signups. This will be a short walk from the Stampede parking lot. Everyone will just pay for their own food and drink. 
  

• Dinner  7:00pm at a restaurant to be chosen based on signups. Everyone will just pay for their own food and drink. This should give us a little time to walk around and check out Old Town Temecula for a bit before dinner.
  There are many nice restaurants in the area. Some have live music. Weekend happenings in Temecula can be found at http://visittemeculavalley.com.
   
• Note: You don't have to buy food or drink to join for lunch or dinner. You can just hang out. And, we will try our best to accommodate dietary restrictions.
