Improving and Sustaining the U.S. Merchant Marine
Panel 2 - The State of Industry and Needs by Individual Sectors: Oct 6, 2:30-4:00 ET
Please join us in celebrating 100 years of the Merchant Marine Act of 1920 (46 U.S.C. § 55102) with four robust panels discussing how to improve and sustain the U.S. Merchant Marine.
Moderators and panelists include maritime industry leaders from business, government, education, and workforce, representing deep-draft shipping, the Gulf, passenger vessels, lake carriers, fisheries, and more. We will also be hearing from experts in their fields to help care for our mariners, especially in the current COVID-19 environment.
The State of Industry and Needs by Individual Sectors is the second panel during the SOCP Virtual Fall Event and will provide a holistic view of our maritime community.
