Presenters: Doreen M. Badeaux, Secretary General, Apostleship of the Sea of the United States of America and Fr. Sinclair K. Oubre, J.C.L., Diocesan Director of the Apostleship of the Sea, Permanent Diaconate Formation Program Director, and Pastor of St. Francis of Assisi Parish in Orange, Texas. He is also the Executive Director and Port Chaplain of the Port Arthur International Seafarers' Center and Chaplain to the Sabine Area Central Labor Council.
